Certinia (FinancialForce) Developer

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: CAD 76,500–102,000 annually, plus 10% target incentives.

What you will do

• Own the technical direction, stability, maintainability, and ongoing enhancement of the customized Certinia platform.
• Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support custom Certinia and Salesforce solutions.
• Support Certinia PSA capabilities covering projects, resource management, timecards, billing, and related business processes.
• Own Certinia integrations with SAP, SAP Concur, and other enterprise applications while partnering with the MuleSoft Integration team.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce pages, integrations, and custom Salesforce components.
• Use AI-assisted development responsibly to improve code quality, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, automation, and process efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience and 3+ years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) development and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Certinia PSA, Salesforce architecture, security, development best practices, and highly customized implementations.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flows, Custom Objects, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce data integration.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, SAP and SAP Concur integrations, and collaboration with enterprise middleware teams such as MuleSoft.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD deployment practices.
• Position based in Toronto, Canada. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and Certinia certifications.
• Experience with SAP ERP and Finance processes, enterprise integration design, Professional Services or ERP environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and enterprise AI, automation, or intelligent workflow implementations.
