Salesforce Developer (Integrations & Platform)

What you will do

• Share ownership of Salesforce solution design, development, and support across internal applications, third-party vendors, and business partners.
• Build and maintain workflows for merchant onboarding, transaction processing enablement, customer billing, and ACH or credit card processing.
• Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce platform APIs, selecting declarative or programmatic solutions appropriately.
• Design error handling, retry, reconciliation, and monitoring patterns for reliable integrations.
• Lead technical discussions with vendors and partners from scoping through go-live and ongoing support.
• Reduce technical debt and improve performance, testability, documentation, release validation, and supportability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, Bulk, platform events, authentication models, and integration error handling.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git-based source control, and CI/CD or structured deployment tooling.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including page layouts, validation rules, permission sets, and data model design.
• Strong systems thinking, independent execution, and clear communication with technical, business, vendor, and partner audiences.

Nice to have

• Fintech or payments experience, including ACH, credit card processing, merchant onboarding, or billing.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder certification.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile, Jira, structured governance, and release models.
• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development.
