Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Implement Flow-based and declarative automation.
• Develop maintainable data models, sharing configurations, and user interfaces while respecting platform limits.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, platform limits, Salesforce data modeling, and sharing.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Flow, declarative automation, Salesforce DX, and source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, plus strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI, Agentforce, or Experience Cloud development.
