Senior Integration & Automation Engineer (AI): Building secure, scalable integrations, APIs, webhooks, middleware services, and event-driven architectures across enterprise SaaS, internal systems, and AI platforms with an accent on Atlassian, identity systems, cloud services, and automation workflows. Focus on designing reliable integrations, optimizing software utilization, and troubleshooting failures across internal and third-party platforms.
Location: Colombia or Mexico; remote or office work.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Build and support custom APIs, webhooks, middleware services, and event-driven architectures.
- Integrate Atlassian, developer productivity, AI, identity, and cloud platforms.
- Analyze software utilization metrics and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot system failures and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Graph, Okta, Entra ID, or similar IAM platforms.
- Proficiency in developing automation workflows and orchestration solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Practical experience implementing or supporting AI platform integrations, including OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other enterprise AI solutions.
