SAP Business Process Analyst (Signavio)

Location: Remote from Slovakia, Poland, the Czech Republic, or Bulgaria

What you will do

• Analyse and document AS-IS business processes in SAP Signavio.
• Create, maintain, and modify business process models and diagrams.
• Participate in business workshops and process assessment activities.
• Define and design TO-BE processes with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Support process harmonisation and optimisation across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procurement, and Master Data Governance.
• Maintain the SAP Signavio process repository and support implementation of selected improvements in SAP S/4HANA in line with Clean Core principles.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis or Business Process Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio and business process modelling.
• Practical experience with AS-IS process analysis and TO-BE process design.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners.
• Experience in SAP or business process transformation programmes and cooperation with business and IT stakeholders.
• English at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Best Practices and SAP Signavio process frameworks.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash and/or Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Public Cloud.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles.
• Experience in multinational or cross-country SAP transformation programmes.
