What you will do

• Lead business analysis for complex initiatives and project deliveries.

• Use data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools to support decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Business Analyst qualification or equivalent certification.
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including complex initiatives.
• Strong practical expertise in SAP FS-CD and SAP Finance modules.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Experience with business analysis, process improvement, communication, requirements facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
