What you will do

• Capture and articulate client business vision, objectives, and constraints aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable inputs for delivery teams.
• Analyze and document current (“as-is”) and target (“to-be”) enterprise solution states, identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Define and standardize business and solution requirements using elicitation, documentation, modeling, and prototyping best practices.
• Develop business cases to assess feasibility, value, and impact of proposed solutions or investments.
• Support discovery and pre-sales activities, run client workshops, and manage requirements lifecycle, scope, prioritization, and change management.

Requirements

• Extensive Business Analyst experience in IT environments, focused on enterprise-scale solutions and complex client landscapes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business operations across multiple domains and industries.
• Practical knowledge of data environments (data warehouses, data lakes, data marts) including basic data mapping.
• Ability to read, write, and validate SQL queries for data analysis, verification, and interpretation.
• Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies in cross-functional delivery teams.
• Confident English communication for collaboration with international teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Background in data engineering or data science, or hands-on exposure to these areas.
• Professional certifications (IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, OCUP 2, OCEB 2 Business Intermediate, TOGAF Foundation).
