Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst (FI/CO)

hirify.global is delivering an SAP transformation project focused on preparing roles, responsibilities, and capacity management for an SAP S/4HANA transition.

What you will do

• Analyze and document business and IT activities across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP landscapes, with a focus on Finance, Controlling, CATS, and Accounting.
• Compare activity execution patterns between SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP environments.
• Map activities to Business User, Business Key User, IT Functional Consultant, IT Developer, and IT Architect role groups.
• Document activity outputs, competencies, learning topics, ownership, collaboration points, and handover interfaces.
• Maintain project findings and activity mappings in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Document activities involving SAP Private Cloud and SAP BTP integrations, and prepare project results for customer review.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ERP environments.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business and IT activities within SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of Finance, Controlling, and/or Accounting processes.
• Understanding of SAP roles, responsibilities, activity allocation, and organizational models.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, development activities, and SAP BTP integration.
• Good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP ERP to S/4HANA transformation or migration projects.
• Experience with capacity management, workforce planning, R&R definition, or organizational design.
• Experience in competency mapping, training needs analysis, or knowledge management.
• German language skills and experience in international SAP transformation projects.
