TL;DR
SAP Business Analyst (Success Factors) (SAP SuccessFactors): Leading business analysis for large-scale transformation projects and SAP SuccessFactors implementations with an accent on process modelling, requirements engineering, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on redesigning business processes, translating business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, and coordinating complex BA changes across product features.

What you will do
- Plan and execute business analysis activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Analyse, model, redesign, and optimise as-is and to-be business processes, including process automation and executable workflows.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, specifications, business rules, APIs, data models, and integration concepts.
- Lead complex BA changes across epics and product features while coordinating BA activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and senior stakeholders to align business and technical solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is essential.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0, business process analysis, optimisation, redesign, process simulation, and bottleneck identification.
- Senior-level business analysis experience, including leading BA teams, mentoring junior BAs, and managing complex initiatives.
- Fluent English and strong experience with Agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and elicitation across multiple stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
- IIBA or equivalent certification.
- Business Architecture, capability modelling, value stream mapping, and business roadmaps; TOGAF or BizBOK knowledge.
- Experience with Drools or DMN.
