Middle Business Analyst (FMCG)

What you will do

• Study, analyze, and describe business processes within the framework of ongoing projects.
• Create reports and technical specifications for the development of additional software functionality.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and specifics of the work.
• Collaborate with the software development team to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of software functionality for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Hands-on experience implementing ready-made products (CRM, ERP, SAP, or similar systems).
• Proficiency in producing clear, structured documentation and documenting business requirements.
• Knowledge of software development methodology basics.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG companies or on the contractor's side (integrators, consulting companies).
• Knowledge of SFA, DMS, BI, and TPM software solutions.
• Understanding of retail distribution structures and marketing activities.
