IT Sales Applications Project Manager (SAP/CRM)

Minimum salary: €2,362 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is significantly above the stated minimum.

What you will do

• Lead international IT projects across Sales, Finance, and eCommerce from concept through deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Analyze business processes, facilitate workshops, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition to operational support.
• Manage communication and expectations across business teams, IT functions, consultants, and external implementation partners.
• Drive application enhancements, governance, documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience delivering IT projects, business application initiatives, or related technology projects.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
• Experience with business requirements engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and external implementation partners.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP and CRM solutions is preferred; strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus. Travel expected at 0–10%.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Exposure to Snowflake, reporting, and data and analytics platforms.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
• German language skills.
