Project Manager with German Language (Hybrid) Make an Impact (Automated Underwriting Solutions): Managing client implementations and BAU projects for automated underwriting solutions across the EMEA region with an accent on project delivery, requirements coordination, and stakeholder communication. Focus on coordinating multiple teams, analyzing underwriting rules, managing risks and commercial progress, and maintaining auditable project documentation.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week, plus periods of on-site client work and travel within the EMEA region.
Salary: EUR 2,100–3,400 per month for a full-time role, plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do
- Manage the overall implementation of client projects, ensuring systems or system changes meet agreed specifications, deadlines, and cost expectations.
- Coordinate business-as-usual activities across client teams and maintain transparent action plans.
- Work with clients on requirements, business specifications, underwriting rule analysis, development, and testing.
- Coordinate multiple teams involved in implementation and BAU delivery.
- Communicate project progress, commercials, risks, and issues to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
- Maintain clear and auditable project documentation while following project management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Strong project and change management skills focused on execution and delivery.
- Experience with business transformation and business analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, scheduling, and time-management skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including advanced features of Word, Excel, and Access.
- German language proficiency is required in written and spoken form.
- Flexibility for client-site work and travel within the EMEA region is required.
