Senior Operations Specialist / Manager (Data & Technology Finance)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: EUR 2,900–4,800 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Drive divisional operations in line with Data & Technology strategy, financial objectives, and business outcomes.
• Prepare executive insights, management reports, presentations, and workforce analytics for leadership decision-making.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity management across demand, skills, resources, and financial targets.
• Improve operational processes through simplification, standardization, transparency, and disciplined execution.
• Own the divisional OKR governance cycle, including quarterly planning, performance reviews, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives, organizational change, governance activities, and cross-functional priorities.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of experience in operations management, project management, consulting, strategy execution, or a related field.
• Experience working in a complex global organization and collaborating across locations and time zones.
• Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, organizational change, and operational improvements.
• Experience translating workforce, financial, and operational data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Loop.

Nice to have

• Practical interest in AI-enabled tools for productivity, insight generation, and business outcomes.
• Experience acting as a strategic and operational sparring partner to senior leadership.
