TL;DR
SAP Technical Project Manager (SAP): Leading SAP implementation projects and coordinating solution architects, delivery teams, functional teams, vendors, and business system owners with an accent on project planning, risk mitigation, change control, and stakeholder management. Focus on managing technical and functional changes, driving delivery against timelines and budgets, coordinating testing and production transition, and resolving obstacles that affect project success.
Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE office

What you will do
- Lead day-to-day execution of SAP implementation and system change projects against agreed plans, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate solution architects, delivery teams, functional teams, legacy system owners, technical architects, testing teams, and external vendors.
- Identify technical risks, timeline delays, resource constraints, and delivery obstacles; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues when required.
- Manage project scope, change requests, steering committee approvals, project documentation, and status reporting.
- Lead and motivate project teams, conduct progress meetings, and maintain collaboration and productivity.
- Coordinate testing activities and ensure a smooth transition of completed projects to production support teams.
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of total professional experience, or a minimum of 7 years with a bachelor's degree or 5 years with a master's degree.
- At least 2–3 years of project management experience.
- Extensive experience in large IT services or IT outsourcing companies, including SAP implementation and client-facing work.
- At least 3–4 years of consultancy experience with core SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, or SC.
- Experience defining project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Strong communication, decision-making, leadership, and issue-resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of or implementation experience with AI.
