Project Manager (ERP Automation)

TL;DR

Project Manager (ERP Automation): Leading end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products for enterprise customers with an accent on process redesign, scalable solution design, and measurable business outcomes. Focus on translating complex business requirements into technical action, coordinating engineering integrations, and driving product adoption across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash workflows.

Location: Remote from Germany or Austria, or onsite in Zurich, Switzerland. Comprehensive onboarding takes place at the Zurich headquarters for candidates outside the Zurich area. Remote team members are encouraged to visit Zurich at least monthly, with travel and stays financially supported.

What you will do

• Own customer implementation journeys from requirements discovery through delivery, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Design scalable ERP automation solutions aligned with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and integrate the platform with existing systems.
• Act as a trusted customer partner, identify adoption opportunities, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Work with sales on tailored implementation plans and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical action and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent German and English are required, including confidence presenting to native-speaking clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash process flows.
