Regional Host (Territory Managers) - Property Management - Lloyds Living

Location: Nationwide across the UK, including Banbury, Oxford, Royston, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Worcester; hybrid working with regional travel required.

Salary: £30,201–£31,790 per year.

What you will do

• Host property viewings, open house events, move-in appointments, and move-out appointments.
• Conduct residential property, development, void, and mid-term inspections, recording inventories and maintenance requirements.
• Support customer applications, complete in-person Right to Rent checks where required, and respond to resident issues.
• Check completion and workmanship quality on behalf of the centralised property management team.
• Help ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments.
• Build relationships with management companies, developers, agents, and internal teams while supporting asset and tenancy management targets.

Requirements

• Experience in residential property inspections, lettings, or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel within the assigned region.
• Proactive, organised, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Good IT skills are desirable.
