Assistant Bars Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom. On-site bar operations are required; hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

What you will do

• Assist and support the Bars Manager in managing licensed bars across the halls of residence and external facilities.
• Supervise predominantly part-time student bar staff in a motivational and supportive manner.
• Maintain agreed professional standards for bar services.
• Support bar operations for residential and non-residential students, conferences, graduations, and other functions.

• Ability to support the management of licensed bar operations.
• Ability to motivate and supervise part-time staff.
• Ability to maintain consistent professional service standards.
• Availability to work across halls-of-residence bars and external facilities in Manchester.
