What you will do

• Lead operations across up to 3 agencies and manage a team of up to 10 property managers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex maintenance, compliance, move-outs, and inspection issues.
• Drive 100% adoption of new technology and create training materials for the team.
• Review operational metrics to eliminate bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure properties under management remain fully compliant with UK regulations.
• Coordinate between branch managers, the central team, and property managers to facilitate business transformation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in UK residential lettings team management (Property Management focus).
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings regulations.
• Experience managing at least 2-3 direct reports.
• Comfort with technology adoption and navigating ambiguity in a rapid-growth environment.
• High level of resilience and stakeholder management skills.
