Project Portfolio Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week, depending on team needs.

What you will do

• Lead the Business Enablement portfolio across architecture, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and related capabilities.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps and delivery plans, overseeing project and program outcomes within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and other project professionals, including performance management and resource allocation.
• Establish portfolio governance, sponsorship, funding, KPIs, delivery plans, executive reviews, and reporting.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, dependencies, risks, and prioritization recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Technology, Operations, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage change, operational readiness, adoption, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience and formal project management training.
• Proven experience managing complex portfolios of projects and programs in technology, operational, or commercial environments.
• Experience leading people through coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
• Experience across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, platform engineering, or related technology domains.
• Strong portfolio governance, financial management, planning, stakeholder management, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in aviation, airline technology, or mission-critical environments.
• Additional language skills.
