Project Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work

Annual base salary: €40,000–€50,000 plus fringe benefits

What you will do

• Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Monitor and report on project scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery progress.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, third-party vendors, analysts, and consultants.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and maintain proactive communication across stakeholders.
• Adapt project approaches to dynamic, non-standardized processes and changing client needs.
• Share project knowledge across the team and act as a trusted client partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Solid project management experience, ideally in international environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments.
• Strong organization, decision-making, communication, flexibility, and resilience.
