Project Manager (HR Software)

Location: Hybrid; flexible working hours and working from home are available.

Annual base salary: €40,000–€50,000, depending on experience, plus fringe benefits.

What you will do

• Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Apply a project methodology while collaborating with clients, third parties, and hirify.global.
• Monitor and report on project scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and maintain proactive communication.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes.
• Act as a trusted client partner, resolving problems and adapting implementations to changing needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Solid project management experience, ideally in international environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments.
• Strong organization, decision-making, communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
