Service Project Manager - High Voltage

Location: Hybrid work in Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain; international travel for short- to medium-term on-site assignments is required.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate service business opportunities at an early stage.
• Support sales during contract negotiations and prepare technical offers and solutions.
• Manage high-voltage service projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate contract execution, on-site work, and Field Service resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance, retrofits, refurbishments, upgrades, installation, commissioning, emergency services, and asset management activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, factories, HSE, procurement, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial, electrical, energy engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project management and high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Experience managing work in the electrical sector, particularly during outages.
• Knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, retrofits, refurbishments, and service procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce and SAP experience is an advantage.
• High spoken and written proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
• Experience managing utility, conventional and renewable generation, and industrial clients.
