What you will do

• Act as the programmatic focal point for assigned mission domains, coordinating engineering, MAIT, procurement, quality, and operations.
• Own and maintain the programmatic baseline, including integrated schedules, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Manage a living risk register, anticipating schedule and technical risks and proposing mitigation plans.
• Develop detailed execution plans and track progress at the work package level to identify bottlenecks.
• Map and manage cross-domain dependencies to safeguard delivery during critical integration and validation phases.
• Monitor budget execution and resource allocation in coordination with the Mission Director.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience in complex technical program environments.
• Experience managing high-complexity programs in space, aerospace, or defense sectors with real ownership of cost, schedule, and risk.
• Proven ability to lead by influence across multidisciplinary teams in high-uncertainty environments.
• Practical experience in active risk management and budget oversight.
• Exposure to Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT/MAIT) campaigns.
• English: C1 (excellent written and spoken) required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECSS standards or equivalent space program governance.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of space missions (design, AIT, launch, and commissioning).
• Experience managing suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.
