Site Project Manager for Construction Sites worldwide (f/m/d)

Location: Hybrid work in Spain, Madrid, Tres Cantos; willingness to work on construction sites within and outside Germany

What you will do

• Take overall responsibility for onsite execution within the hirify.global scope of work.
• Coordinate customers, authorities, contractors, partners, consultants, project management, and back-office teams.
• Lead site activities against quality, schedule, budget, and financial targets.
• Promote compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements and maintain a Zero Harm culture.
• Manage deviations, risks, claims, corrective actions, escalations, and technical project changes.
• Monitor costs, schedules, progress reports, and milestone readiness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex industrial construction projects, including EPC or consortium projects.
• At least 5 years of onsite leadership experience in a major construction environment as an electrical, mechanical, or civil site lead.
• Strong knowledge of construction and commissioning processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations for complex construction projects.
• Higher education degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading multinational teams with strong communication and leadership skills.
