Performance and Planning Lead

Location: Hybrid, with two days a week in the office in Guildford, London, Milton Keynes, or Manchester, UK.

Salary: £37,000–£42,400 in Guildford, London, or Milton Keynes; £36,200–£40,700 in Manchester.

What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee the Product Management programme of work and maintain clear, aggregated project roadmaps.
• Support cross-functional planning and alignment across short- and long-term Product Management priorities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, obstacles, actions, and performance reporting.
• Run Product Management governance, including agendas, forums, working groups, and follow-up actions.
• Engage operational functions, maintain accountability, and support delivery on time, within budget, and to the required outcomes.
• Communicate complex planning and performance information clearly to stakeholders at different levels.

Requirements

• Experience supporting project or programme delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing roadmaps, multiple priorities, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management or programme management tools, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Experience in process improvement and knowledge of agile methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Design Thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Background in project or programme management, or continuous improvement.
