Creative Project Manager

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with approximately 2–3 days in the office

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per year

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of small-to-medium creative projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, reviews, approvals, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal marketing stakeholders and creative specialists throughout each project.
• Turn incomplete or ambiguous requests into clear, workable creative briefs.
• Maintain visibility of workloads, priorities, and project status using workflow management tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and reduce unnecessary administration with AI-supported tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects from briefing through delivery.
• Experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment; agency experience is highly desirable.
• Strong workflow and delivery management skills, including resource coordination, scope management, risk identification, and status reporting.
• Confident stakeholder management across marketing, creative, and senior teams, including diplomatic challenge of unrealistic requests and timelines.
• Understanding of creative workflows, dependencies, feedback cycles, approvals, and production timelines.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment with strong prioritisation and commercial awareness.
