Senior Design Project Manager

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with approximately 2–3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage creative projects from initial scoping through final delivery.
• Act as a day-to-day relationship partner for a defined group of marketing stakeholders.
• Shape requirements proactively before briefs reach the creative team.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative briefs and explain creative considerations to stakeholders.
• Challenge incomplete briefs constructively and identify missing information.
• Coordinate BAU work and larger campaigns while monitoring priorities, dependencies, resourcing pressures, and risks.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent creative deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to dissect briefs, identify gaps, and turn vague requests into actionable creative requirements.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and risk-management skills.
• Understanding of creative workflows and confidence using project or workflow management tools.
