Workday Reporting and Integration Developer (Workday)

Location: San Francisco; hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 annual pay; senior-level candidates may be eligible for a higher range.

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
• Build integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST APIs, Workday Extend, and Workday Orchestrate.
• Design integrations across HCM, Benefits, Time and Attendance, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Peakon, and related Workday modules.
• Develop advanced, composite, matrix, and Prism Analytics reports, including dashboards and data models.
• Manage interface schedules, file transmission automation, technical documentation, and integration performance improvements.
• Administer Workday security workflows, segmented security, security requests, and reporting-related issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly applicable experience with Workday configuration and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Integration Cloud, and Workday Extend.
• Strong proficiency with SOAP and REST web services, XML, XSLT, JSON, WWS, RAAS, APIs, Java, and related integration technologies.
• Advanced report-writing skills, including complex calculated fields and Prism Analytics data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Understanding of Workday security domains, business process security policies, security groups, and authentication policies.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel when required; maintain confidentiality and collaborate across functions.
