What you will do

• Analyze client business requirements with clients and consultants and design customized Salesforce solutions.
• Develop detailed architecture designs covering Salesforce and related systems.
• Provide technical oversight and apply implementation best practices, including the latest Salesforce features.
• Lead technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Track Salesforce advancements and technology trends to improve client strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce and other system implementation projects.
• Expertise in system integration, workflow automation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Experience with data modeling, security frameworks, compliance considerations, APIs, iPaaS solutions, and third-party integrations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Systems Architect or Application Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and implementation.
