What you will do

• Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce architecture for enterprise-scale pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
• Design scalable multi-cloud CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Establish integration strategies connecting CRM with ERP, clinical, LIMS, data lake, marketing, and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead solution design, architecture reviews, technical governance boards, and walkthroughs across multiple client engagements.
• Guide digital transformation initiatives covering HCP engagement, patient support programs, and omnichannel marketing.
• Evaluate Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, automation, analytics, DevOps, and CI/CD capabilities for adoption.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce and multi-cloud architecture.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences processes, including HCP engagement, clinical, medical, and commercial functions.
• Expertise in API, middleware, event-driven, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Knowledge of regulated systems, Computer System Validation, audit readiness, data integrity, consent management, and security compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills across business, IT, quality, and regulatory teams.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications, preferably Application Architect or Technical Architect.
• Experience with global pharmaceutical clients and life sciences CRM implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in pharmaceutical customer engagement.
