Clinical Project Manager (Rare Diseases / CNS)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; remote or office-based. Willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage clinical project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate communication and collaboration.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage sponsors, clients, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Adapt and implement process changes while developing team capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, project management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and at least 3 years of direct global clinical project management experience.
• Clinical project management experience within a CRO, including work with small to midsize biotech clients.
• Track record of managing clinical projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Experience managing change orders and sponsor or client negotiations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in CNS and rare disease indications.
