Senior Partnership Manager (F1)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office an average of four days a week; occasional travel inside and outside the UK may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of complex creative content projects for a major F1 partnership.
• Coordinate activation plans across the client’s global brand team, regional markets, WPP agencies, and the F1 team.
• Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, briefs, proposals, and client finances.
• Build productive relationships with the client, regional teams, end markets, and F1 stakeholders.
• Support the Account Director with client and F1 team reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and help expand existing business relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing complex creative content projects and account management experience.
• Experience in F1 or major sports sponsorship, ideally across global markets.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple workstreams, stakeholders, client finances, briefs, and proposals.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and client expectation management skills.
• Creative, agile, resilient, forward-thinking, and collaborative approach.
• Passion for entertainment, culture, and sport.

• Ability to write and speak a leading foreign language.
