Senior Project Manager with Content Management or DXP Experience (eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice or Poznan, Poland, with office attendance an average of four days a week

Salary: 150–200 PLN net per hour for B2B cooperation

What you will do

• Lead complex software development and eCommerce projects using Agile methodologies.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, resources, and project budgets.
• Remove blockers, improve delivery processes, and support teams with limited Agile experience.
• Prepare status reports and chair meetings with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and clients.
• Manage client expectations, resolve escalations diplomatically, and build customer confidence.
• Support Junior Project Managers and maintain strong relationships with senior management and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in software development and eCommerce, ideally in retail.
• Hands-on experience with web content management or Digital Experience Platform projects, such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, or Umbraco.
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects, cutover processes, scope control, and delivery to external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, Agile delivery, and lean ways of working.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills, plus relevant Project Management qualifications.
