What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
- Lead product discovery across supplier onboarding, partner enablement, inventory management, inbounding, fulfilment, and product availability.
- Simplify complex business processes by reducing friction and manual effort while improving operational efficiency.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product teams to create scalable solutions.
- Shape the use of AI, automation, and agentic experiences across enterprise platforms.
- Manage prioritisation, senior stakeholder alignment, organisational change, and measurable business outcomes while coaching other product managers.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex business, platform, or operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience simplifying business processes and translating operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.
- Experience with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, operational technologies, or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business capabilities, growth, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational resilience.
- Experience with marketplace, partner, fulfilment, wholesale, concession, dropship, third-party seller, or multichannel business models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, evidence-based decision-making, and change leadership skills.
