Senior Product Manager (Manufacturing AI)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid balance of remote and in-office working.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment cases, and measurable customer outcomes for manufacturing solutions.
• Lead customer discovery with Research and Design, engage manufacturing customers, validate solutions, and maintain feedback loops through adoption.
• Identify and embed meaningful AI, machine learning, and automation capabilities into manufacturing workflows, decision support, and user experiences.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept and prototyping through launch, adoption, and scale.
• Align Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success around priorities and delivery.
• Define product differentiation and value propositions, contribute to pricing and packaging, and support customer and partner presentations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise software environments.
• Hands-on manufacturing industry experience and knowledge.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, launch and scale products, and deliver measurable customer value.
• Experience with customer discovery, prototyping, solution validation, analytics, experimentation, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills, with an interest in AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms, application frameworks, data services, or AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications.
• Commercial experience with pricing, monetization, or P&L ownership.
• Experience working in global, distributed organizations across geographies.
