Product Manager III (AI)

Base salary: €46,400–€69,600 per year

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and strategic roadmap for payment success products.
• Translate customer insights and pain points into data-driven product solutions.
• Partner with Data Platform teams to build the foundational data layer for continuous network-wide performance improvements.
• Develop AI- and machine-learning-powered capabilities that improve payment completion and recover failed payments.
• Enable sales and support teams to communicate and position the competitive strengths of the Success+ product.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to executives, stakeholders, customers, sales, and support teams.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling AI- or machine-learning-powered features in fintech or payments.
• Track record of turning complex customer problems into successful, high-impact products.
• Ability to define forward-looking product strategy informed by current technology trends.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and ability to shape technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Data-driven mindset with experience making decisions and building narratives backed by data.
