Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote, open across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa. Availability required during the core collaboration window of 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and execution across the platform.
• Translate business goals, user feedback, and platform needs into prioritized product decisions.
• Evaluate systems, workflows, and user experiences to identify friction and high-impact opportunities.
• Define product requirements and guide initiatives from discovery through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Understand and improve Airtable-based workflows, automations, and product experiences in collaboration with the no-code specialist.
• Measure product success through data, user feedback, and product usage while balancing near-term improvements with long-term scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups, high-growth companies, or similarly fast-moving environments.
• Experience owning and evolving digital products through early growth and scaling stages.
• Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, backlog management, and requirements definition.
• Solid understanding of no-code products, including workflows, data relationships, automations, integrations, capabilities, and limitations.
• Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly using no-code and AI-native tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing products that serve multiple user groups.
• Experience working with lean, cross-functional teams without large organizational structures.
