Senior Product Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: 1600 7th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101, United States

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the strategic product roadmap for OS&D exception management across the inbound supply chain.
• Lead product and technical discovery, define MVP scope, estimate delivery, and prioritize the technology backlog.
• Partner with supply chain, transportation, engineering, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Build business cases focused on claims recovery, chargeback dispute reduction, labor savings, and inventory accuracy.
• Define product requirements, process flows, data schemas, and system integration specifications.
• Define and measure KPIs including claims recovery, time to resolution, dispute reduction, manual workflow elimination, and system health.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, technology, or operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inbound supply chain operations.
• Experience with receiving workflows, carrier claims, vendor chargebacks, and OS&D or exception management.
• Ability to define product vision and multi-year roadmaps while working through ambiguity.
• Experience leading discovery and delivery across multiple engineering teams and managing a prioritized backlog.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
