Principal Product Manager – Supply Chain Fulfillment

Salary: $132,621–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a 1–3 year product vision for the transportation ecosystem across First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, ecommerce, warehouse, and store operations.
• Lead strategic initiatives across transportation products, including TMS, YMS, load and route optimization, driver assignment, and driver experience.
• Synchronize product roadmaps by managing technical and operational dependencies across Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Analyze integration points between Transportation Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems to optimize cross-functional data flows.
• Direct complex technical programs, inter-service dependencies, and system integrations across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Present product health, risk mitigation strategies, and ROI to enterprise-level executive steering committees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in product management or a related area; or a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of such experience.
• Experience crafting product visions and strategies, defining success metrics, and creating roadmaps with cross-product and technology dependencies.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, writing product requirements documents, and using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience guiding engineering sprint priorities and leading technology teams through Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Tableau and Looker to analyze data and generate insights for product features.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and technologies, including WMS and TMS, plus experience with large-scale rollouts and change management.
