Location: Boston, MA, United States; the job is available in multiple locations.

Salary: $141,000–$225,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus eligibility.

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform for pet products and is scaling its supply chain capabilities through technology.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs across supply chain systems from concept through launch and post-launch support.
  • Translate forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment needs into technical requirements, execution plans, and milestones.
  • Coordinate engineering, data science, product, analytics, operations, and supply chain stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, bottlenecks, and vendor engagements.
  • Support architecture and design discussions involving system flows, data dependencies, APIs, and integrations.
  • Establish program mechanisms, track roadmaps and metrics, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and operational rigor.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Program Management, or a related role.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional, multi-system initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts, especially forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment.
  • Technical understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, dependency management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Technical, engineering, or quantitative bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus solid SQL skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain technology.
  • Exposure to inventory optimization, demand forecasting models, replenishment systems, machine learning, or operations research.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, cloud platforms, modern data architectures, data visualization, or analytics workflows.
