Senior Manager, Supply Chain Product Management (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States; requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 annually, plus eligibility for retirement, savings, and paid leave benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for new product introduction and lifecycle management programs.
• Translate product and portfolio priorities into integrated roadmaps, business cases, milestones, resource plans, and financial commitments.
• Own launch readiness, lifecycle execution, supply continuity, capacity planning, and disruption recovery.
• Align Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, value stream leaders, and external manufacturing partners.
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional project teams through governance, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone accountability.
• Identify and implement manufacturing and supply chain technologies that improve launch execution, lifecycle performance, and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience across manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, R&D, or healthcare environments.
• Proven success leading complex projects, product introductions, process improvements, technology implementations, or lifecycle initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English is mandatory. Project management certification such as PMP/PMI or FPX is preferred.

Nice to have

• Supply chain, operations, and manufacturing experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean methodology experience or certification.
• Knowledge of master production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain management.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Understanding of P&L calculation and COGS.
