Sales Excellence Coordinator (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Support sales teams by analyzing processes, optimizing daily operations, and implementing best practices.
• Develop and implement sales procedures, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Salesforce as the primary sales tool, including reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality, monitor adoption and compliance, troubleshoot issues, and handle user tickets.
• Extract insights from Salesforce data, report results, identify issues, and recommend actions to improve sales efficiency.
• Train and support sales team members in using Salesforce tools and processes while collaborating with sales leaders and Customer Success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with users.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge, including reports, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to identify and implement improvements.
• Independent decision-making, strong organization, communication, collaboration, and training skills.
