What you will do
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads from various channels.
- Prospect into new and existing SMB/Mid-Market accounts to generate pipeline.
- Nurture early-stage leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Salesforce.
- Educate prospects on the product portfolio, including video collaboration and workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on target accounts and messaging.
Requirements
- Native Polish and fluent English language proficiency required.
- Experience in inbound/outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize high volumes of leads.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment.
