TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model).

What you will do

  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads from various channels.
  • Prospect into new and existing SMB/Mid-Market accounts to generate pipeline.
  • Nurture early-stage leads through the sales funnel to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Salesforce.
  • Educate prospects on the hirify.global product portfolio, including video collaboration and workspace solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on target accounts and messaging.

Requirements

  • Native Polish and fluent English language proficiency required.
  • Experience in inbound/outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize high volumes of leads.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment.
