Sales Operations Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain sales reports, analyses, and Power BI dashboards.
• Track sales KPIs and performance metrics for Sales leadership.
• Analyse commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and presentations.
• Improve reporting processes and data quality while working with CRM data, including Salesforce where applicable.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, reporting, or productivity.
• Ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders; experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, BI, or a similar role is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
