Salary: Base salary range from $144,500 to $233,750 depending on location.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global network engineering team, fostering technical excellence and disciplined engineering practices.
• Drive strategic network initiatives from concept and research through to production deployment.
• Own the architecture and long-term evolution of low-latency trading network infrastructure, focusing on topology and routing.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated, high-performance connectivity.
• Establish and enforce operational practices, including structured change management and incident response.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage hardware/software evaluation efforts via RFPs and PoCs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of network engineering experience in low-latency, mission-critical environments.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and multicast (PIM-SM).
• Hands-on experience with network automation using Python and API-driven approaches.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Cisco CCIE (Routing & Switching or Data Center) certification.
