Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Multi-Cloud Systems

What you will do

• Own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities, risk tolerance, and AI-enabled innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an infrastructure team while establishing operating procedures, escalation paths, SLAs, SLOs, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption with tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and establish governance for workload placement, networking, and platform interconnectivity.
• Maintain reliability, observability, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery across hybrid and multi-cloud production environments.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, vendors, licensing, service agreements, and FinOps initiatives across multiple cloud platforms.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in systems or cloud engineering, including 3–5 years in formal technical leadership or management.
• Deep operational expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise Linux.
• Experience running production workloads across AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools including Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or cloud-native IaC frameworks.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud networking, DNS, IAM, hybrid connectivity, and security practices.
• Experience designing and testing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Relevant enterprise certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or VMware certifications.
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost management tools.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, AKS, and CI/CD pipelines.
