Lead Environmental Engineer

Location: Graniteville, South Carolina, US; onsite

Salary: $110,000–$130,000/year, plus a 10% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Lead complex projects and processes independently with minimal supervision.
• Develop and implement operational plans.
• Analyze operations to identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Review and redesign SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Coach and support junior engineering professionals.
• Build relationships and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to support project and operational goals.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex projects independently.
• Experience with SOP redesign and process improvement.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience coaching junior professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with operational planning.
