Sr Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Designing and presenting F5 security, cloud, networking, and multi-cloud solutions for end-user customers and channel partners with an accent on consultative sales, solution demonstrations, and hands-on Proof of Concept tests. Focus on identifying technical decision makers, articulating business value, developing technical sales strategies, and guiding customers through implementation and support challenges.

What you will do
- Develop the technical strategy for assigned sales opportunities together with the Named Account Manager.
- Understand customer business and technical needs, identify pain points, and design effective solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations, technical pitches, whiteboards, solution designs, demonstrations, and hands-on Proof of Concept tests.
- Build relationships with technical teams, identify and engage Technical Decision Makers, and drive technical validation and sponsorship.
- Collaborate with channel partners to create business value propositions and support solution implementation.
- Guide customers and partners through critical support issues while maintaining customer-focused relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related industry experience and 5+ years of pre-sales experience working with channel partners.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills in the native language and English.
- Proficiency in security, cloud, networking, and multi-cloud design.
- Experience with switching and routing, SNMP, syslog, identity and federation technologies, network security, WAF, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of server configuration and troubleshooting, virtualization, Active Directory, scripting, automation, orchestration, and AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; the role is based in Mexico City.
