Building Management System Engineer - Site Capacity (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

hirify.global presents an opportunity supporting Novo Nordisk’s Fill & Finish Expansions organization, which designs and builds aseptic production capacity for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the reliability of building management systems to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop improvement project ideas and prepare project submissions.
• Schedule and execute maintenance and improvement plans in coordination with operations.
• Support improvement projects and process improvement plans using cLEAN® tools.
• Develop and maintain system specifications, documentation, and maintenance plans.
• Coach and train facility engineers, maintenance technicians, and BMS users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience with strong HVAC and utilities troubleshooting experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing facility.
• Experience with aseptic processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Siemens BMS Insight and Siemens Historian Info Center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to move equipment or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds and work on foot for shifts of up to 12 hours.
