Acquisition Logistics Manager (Supply Chain Management)

What you will do

• Support enterprise asset management and supply chain management activities for HQ AFMC/A4/10.
• Develop recommendations for supply policies, procedures, automated tools, user guides, and logistics publications.
• Review materiel management systems and supply chain processes, recommending improvements across Air Force and Department of Defense programs.
• Support acquisition logistics and contractor-supported weapon system programs, including integration of supply support assets.
• Maintain supply chain metrics and support interservice initiatives and the Air Force Logistics Reassignment program.
• Draft requirements, perform functional and technical analysis, develop test scenarios, and support FIAR-compliant accountable property systems.

Requirements

• Active or current Secret security clearance or higher, verifiable in DISS.
• Advanced degree with 10 years of relevant experience, bachelor's degree with 12 years, or 15 years of direct experience, with required certifications.
• Experience supporting Air Force supply chain management, acquisition logistics, policy, procedures, planning, implementation, coordination, and analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise supply chain functions, including provisioning, cataloging, forecasting, critical asset management, materiel management systems, and weapon systems support.
• Understanding of AFI 23-101 and AFMAN 23-122 supply processes.
• Working-level experience with SCS, D200A, DSS, and ILS-S, plus knowledge of interservice policies and Performance-Based Logistics processes.
