Acquisition Sustainment Analyst (Logistics)

Location: On-site at Warner-Robins AFB, Georgia, United States; minimal travel of less than 20%; standard working hours.

What you will do

• Develop, align, and execute sustainment and logistics strategies with program managers and government stakeholders.
• Manage lifecycle procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, acquisition planning, contract negotiations, delivery schedules, and supply chain optimization.
• Conduct depot workload analyses and support workload distribution and depot maintenance activation initiatives.
• Coordinate system development, production, fielding, equipment transfers, material management, transportation, and deployment logistics.
• Plan and execute Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support activities covering inventory, supply, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Track logistics performance, sustainment indicators, readiness, costs, and risks while resolving complex supportability and sustainment challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant technical discipline with 5 years of related experience, or an associate degree with 7 years of experience; 10 years of relevant logistics or sustainment experience may substitute for formal education.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Familiarity with DoD and Air Force logistics databases, including FLITES, BLADE, D035, WAWF, CAVAF, and CRMS.
• Strong understanding of statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements governing government acquisition, sustainment, and logistics programs.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and develop logistics plans and program reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
